1. 1 BORNEO PROJECT

 

Mr. Foo Ngee Kee was appointed as Advisor to the Managing Director of Sagajuta (Sabah) Sdn Bhd for the 1Borneo Project along Jalan Sulaman in the Kingfisher area, next to University Malaysia Sabah (UMS).

The total gross floor area of the project is 5.2 Million Sq. Ft. which included as:

  • The main shopping mall component with a net retail area of approximately 1.38 Million Sq. Ft. It consists of a variety of retail shops, 8cineplexs, amusement centre, a gournment lane, spa & fitness centre.
  • 4 International & Local hotels (Novotel, Grand Borneo Hotel, Courtyard Hotel & Tune Hotel)
  • 4 Condominium Towers
  • Auto City

Upon completion of 1Borneo Hypermall in June 2008, BSA was also appointed to manage their Car Park & Jockey service with total of 2,700 bays.

2. WARISAN SQUARE

 

In 2004, Ramajuta Properties Sdn Bhd appointed Mr. Foo Ngee Kee as the Advisor to handle financial matters regarding the Warisan Square street mall project in the KK Waterfront area. The gross development value for this project is RM120 Million and completed in 2008.

BSA was also appointed to manage the Warisan Square Car Park and Jockey Services upon its completion. Our service ended in November 2010 due to change in ownership of Car Park.

3. WISMA PERTANIAN SABAH (WPS) OFFICE COMPLEX

 

Mr. Foo Ngee Kee was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Sri Somaha (S) Sdn Bhd. The company was appointed to construct an office complex (WPS) for the Ministry of Agriculture Development and Food Industry (MADFI) through a land-swap basis. 

This was the first land-swap project in Sabah which required the contractor to raise funds to construct the complex in exchange for mutually agreed parcel of land without charging the land for financing the project.

The ground breaking ceremony for this project is done by our Chief Minister, Datuk Yong Teck Lee in 1997. The cost of this project is RM61.3 Million and completed in February 2004.
